Had a good stay here. Fairly clean hotel, services were excellent and location was exceptionally nice and perfect close to downtown. My room was gorgeous and modern with an incredible view of the ocean. The staff was very amiable, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the venue was not far from restaurants and the Center. Visited General Villamil Beach, one of the tourist spots, located at a moderate distance from the hotel.

I loved the hotel, especially the sea view. the room had climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. the location was perfect, near restaurants, the city center, and downtown.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is close to the beach with a lovely outdoor space to relax. Some guests enjoyed the comfortable beds, and the staff was attentive to their needs, especially the servers. Breakfast and food was enjoyed by everyone who stayed here, and the hotel was generally clean. the hotel was a short walk away from downtown entertainment areas.

The pool water was dirty and not well-kept, which was disappointing for some guests who mentioned it.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel that ticked all the right boxes for me. the price was fantastic, offering real value for money. I couldn't believe what a great deal it was! Secondly, the location couldn't have been better – just a short walk away from the beach and close to downtown. I loved being able to explore the area easily. Lastly, the staff were amazing! They were attentive to all our needs and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Their attention to detail really made a difference.

All in all, I had a fantastic experience and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

The hotel had fantastic staff who were very attentive and professional. the hotel had excellent outdoor facilities with beautiful beach access offering a great view, which was enjoyable during my New Year stay. The location was also perfect, with easy access to key attractions in the vicinity.

My stay was marred by a few setbacks. The rooms were very small, making it hard to have more than two people inside at once.

During our New Year's stay, we appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and breakfast, which saved us time and money. the hotel location was near the beach and tourist attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool area, which was well-kept and provided a relaxing atmosphere for us to unwind.

The noise level from the neighboring rooms was quite high, making it hard for us to get a good night's sleep. the rooms were not very spacious, which was a bit uncomfortable.

They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was just a short walk to the downtown area and the beautiful beach. I also loved that my room had a balcony, which offered a great view.
